I did not enjoy my experience with this company.
I never got a follow up call, email, or text regarding updates to my back order w/o reaching out first. The excuses I received as to why the rest of my order had not arrived were
1) Storm came through, no power, can not check
2) We were w/o power all weekend waiting for my computer to restart (3-4 days later never heard back)
3) My daughter dropped my phone, busted my screen, could not read your text (2-3 days later)
4) Going to pick them up today, will ship them tomorrow, should be a one day delivery (did not happen)
5) Did not have them ready, I will let you know when we ship
This went on for several weeks. I felt like I was dealing with someone in High School. I will likely not purchase from them again, or recommend anyone to. I understand things happen, but when you are running a business, customer service is key. I would pay more for quality service.
