I ordered 2 FHSAA softball hats it took much longer than anticipated even though I added a two day shipping insurance on it it arrived about three weeks later I finally didn’t get a callback from a gentleman telling me that there was a problem with his daughter that was in the hospital. So I said no problem he said he was going to Send it out right away but it took another week finally I got it and he sent a medium pro baseball umpire shirt with it for my troubles which he did not have to do and I appreciate that. And for that I will continue to do business with him thank you
