Ordered item and paid for usps priority shipping (usually 2 days). On the 6th day after ordering and the item still hasn't arrived I had to reach out to them for an answer. Called the 1-800 number 5 times and no one ever answered. Had to leave a voicemail to finally speak to someone. I explained my situation and was told the item I had ordered was "backordered" even though no where on the website when ordering or my confirmation email said so. This is terrible customer service as I would not have ordered if this was the case.
Shipping payment was refunded (reason for 2 stars) but only after me requesting it and then convincing the gentleman who called me that it needed to happen.
Will not be ordering again from this company, go elsewhere!
